XI International Workshop on Lung Health

XI International Workshop on Lung Health has been defined: “New Scenarios” is the main theme which embraces sessions, lectures, and symposia. In the last year and half, in the post-COVID era, many interesting news, opportunities and challenges crossed the door of the respiratory world.
During the 3 Workshop days we would face all the major and outbreaking topics of Respiratory Medicine: from Asthma and COPD to Respiratory Infections, reaching also the Interstitial and Rare Diseases, focusing on the most recent updates and perspectives, in terms of clinical advances and research outcomes.
Junior initiatives submission is currently open, all details are on the website and the submission deadline is 3 November 2023.
International Workshop on Lung Health – 1st Asian Chapter
Goa, India – 23-25 February 2024
Further to the success of the past ten editions of the IWLH, the ongoing international interest and the development of incredible collaboration with pulmonologists throughout Asia and, especially, India, the Organising Committee decided to bring the First Asian Chapter of the International Workshop on Lung Health to the beautiful region of Goa.
The scientific programme that will be released in the upcoming weeks has been designed to face the challenges, hot topics, and emerging Respiratory issues from across the world, with specific emphasis on real-life experiences in India and across the Asia-Pacific region.
The main target is Specialists in Respiratory Medicine, but also trained nurses, physiotherapists, trainees, and students that can benefit from the active learning structure of the Workshop.
During these two days and half workshop, participants will have the opportunity to interact with global expert at close proximity, discuss scientific approaches, share perspectives, improve their management of lung diseases and enrich their day-to-day clinical practice.
This 1st Asian edition will continue to focus on Junior initiatives following IWLH structure, more information on submissions will be available soon on the website.
